A Few of My Top Picks for the Best Crochet Books — Scroll Down to See More of Them!

There are times when it’s beneficial to seek out the most up-to-date information. Crochet books do tend to maintain their usefulness for many years; however, it can be aggravating to have to substitute yarns or track down yarns that have been discontinued when you’re working from older crochet pattern books.

If you crochet trendy wearable projects like hats, scarves, sweaters and dresses, working with brand new patterns gives you a chance to maximize the wear you’ll get from each item before the trends change. While home décor trends tend to have a longer life cycle, the same holds true if you want to crochet items for decorating your home.

This list offers you a look at many of the trendiest, newest crochet books that have been released in 2017-2025, plus a few truly amazing classic titles that are a bit older but still in print. These offerings include some of the most outstanding, interesting and useful crochet books I’ve yet discovered. I hope you’ll enjoy browsing this page and learning more about each book featured on the list.
