The Best Things About This Alphabet Stencil by Altenew

Unlike stickers, this stencil is reusable. I think that’s one of its best selling points; if you have paints, colored pencils, markers or other coloring media you can use with this stencil, you’ll always be able to create exactly the text you want, without having to worry about running out of a particular letter.

Things to Be Aware of Before You Buy This Stencil

I LOVE this stencil, but there are some things that aren’t totally ideal about it. You should be aware that the letters on this stencil are very close together, which means that it is not ideal for using with sprays — unless you want to use it as a background instead of using it to spell out whatever message you’re trying to communicate. If you’re going to use an ink blending tool with it, I recommend picking an ink blending tool that’s on the small side. If you use a larger tool, it would be extremely easy to accidentally stencil into the letter next to the one you’re trying to work on.

The entire stencil measures 6 “x 6”, and the letters each measure close to an inch high..
