If you’re in need of paper craft supplies such as binders, page protectors, stencils, clear stamps, washi tape, stickers and patterned papers, Simple Stories is a manufacturer that should be on your radar. This company also offers a variety of embellishments including die cuts, ephemera and enamel dots.
My Favorite Simple Stories Products: Sn@p Binder Albums, Clear Page Protectors and Stencils
6×8” Binder Albums
I use 6”x8” binders for displaying my photos, and Simple Stories is one of my favorite album suppliers. You can read my review of their 6×8” Sn@p! binder albums HERE.
Page Protectors
I love this brand’s page protectors for several reasons:
- They’re high quality and work as expected.
- They don’t put annoying, distracting logos or branding messages in the margins. Some other brands do this, and I hate it! When I’m looking at my photos, I do not appreciate having a brand’s logo on each page – and this brand gets it right. I love that about them!
Stencils
Simple Stories’ stencils are some of my favorites – but their latest paper craft collections didn’t include stencils. I own stencils from their past collections that are no longer available (as far as I know, most of the Simple Stories stencils I have in my collection are currently unavailable; I can only think of one exception:)

Paper Craft Supplies Featuring Seasonal, Holiday and Everyday Themes
The folks at Simple Stories create paper craft collections featuring a variety of themes, some of which are seasonal and some of which are everyday themes that you could use any time.
Paper Colors
Simple Stories uses a consistent color palette across many of their supplies; many of their album cover colors match the colors of their cardstock, alphabet stickers and other supplies.
Simple Stories’ Sticker Books, Cardstock Sticker Sheets and Other Stickers
Simple Stories makes bunches of different stickers available:
- Sticker Books: These each have multiple pages of stickers. There are alphabet sticker books and also sticker books to match their various paper collections. These sticker books are nice enough; the stickers aren’t as durable as the ones from the cardstock sticker sheets, but you get a lot more stickers in each book. I think they’re a good value for the money you spend on them
- Cardstock Sticker Sheets: These are colorful 12”x12” sticker sheets with thick, durable stickers printed to match Simple Stories’ various paper collections. I’ve used these and love them! They are wonderful!
- Foam Stickers: These aren’t my jam, but don’t let my lack of enthusiasm hold you back if this sounds like something you’d want to use.
- Layered Stickers: I don’t think they’re still making these, but in the past, Simple Stories offered layered stickers that added a lot of visual interest to projects where they were used.

Some Simple Stories Products Are Made in the USA
Simple Stories manufactures some, but not all, of their products in the United States including many of their papers and stamps (To the best of my knowledge, some of their products, like their albums, are imported). I try to buy products made in the USA to the greatest extent possible, so to me, this is a huge selling point; I often seek out Simple Stories’ papers and stamps over competitors’ products because of this.
Often, you will find that craft supplies made in the USA are more expensive than craft supplies made overseas. However, that has not been my experience with Simple Stories’s products. I I think their products are competitively priced, and the quality is lovely.
