1. Crochet Loom Blooms
If you’re interested in combining the two craft techniques of flower looming and crochet, you need to know about Crochet Loom Blooms by Haafner Linssen. In my opinion, this is the definitive text on the topic. This book features instructions for making 30 different flower designs and 5 finished projects including 2 different blankets, a potholder, a scarf and a stylish tote bag.
The book includes templates for making your own flower looms. If you buy the paperback edition of the book, it also comes with a small starter loom.

2. Flower Loom Crochet
This is another lovely pattern book that incorporates both flower looming and crochet into the same projects. There are also some flower loom projects that do not require any crochet work to finish them.
This is a slim booklet featuring full-color photographs and line-art illustrations. The book teaches you how to make a surprising variety of projects considering how little space the book takes up on your shelf.

3. Mad Hatter: Crazy, Colorful Crochet Designs to Hook and Show Off
This book isn’t totally, 100% dedicated to giving you crochet flower patterns. You get bunches of flower patterns in the book, and the point of the book is to use the flowers (along with patterns for other, similar items like plants and other small, cute motifs — hearts, fish, a strawberry, a rainbow, etc) to decorate accessories like hats, purses and tote bags.
In my opinion, the flower patterns are the best part of this book — but your opinion might be different. In either case, I think you’re going to love the flower patterns you’ll find in this book. The photo above gives you a glimpse at one of them; there are also patterns for making a large rose, a daffodil and others.

4. Crochet Flowers Step-By-Step
If realistic-looking crocheted flowers are what you want to work on, I highly recommend Crochet Flowers Step-By-Step by Tanya Shliazhko, published by St. Martin’s Griffin. This excellent book includes thorough, intuitive instructions for crocheting 35 different flowers including roses, pansies, lilies and bunches of others.
This book is written for beginners, although crocheters of all skill levels are sure to enjoy working from it. The book includes step-by-step color photo tutorials, international symbol crochet charts and written-out text instructions. If you aren’t sure what to make with the flowers you crochet, the book includes instructions for 6 finished projects including a shawl, headband, bracelet, placemat, pillow cover and market bag.

5. Quick Crochet With Flowers: 14 Unique Flower and Leaf Patterns
This beautifully produced book includes 14 patterns for crocheting a variety of flowers and leaves. It also includes instructions and patterns for making stylish wearable and home decor accessories: two beautiful purses, three gorgeous heandbands, several barrettes, an elegant cowl, a garland, a wreath, and 3 different pieces of wall art. All together, I counted 28 patterns, projects and ideas you can make using the information in this book.
The patterns included in this book are all super easy to crochet — and they’re all lovely. The best part: This is a super affordable book. Because of these 3 things, I’ve put this book at the top of my list of best crochet flower pattern books.
