Find Craft Supplies and Art Supplies Made by Altenew, Plus Project Ideas for Using Your Altenew Craft Supplies

I’m a frequent customer at Altenew; I really enjoy using their craft supplies, and I have learned sooooooooooooo much from taking classes from their team of educators at Altenew Academy. I have reviewed some of their craft supplies and have also posted many, many project ideas for things you can make with their stamp sets, dies, stencils, and other supplies. Altenew Artist Markers

Altenew’s Artist Markers are delightful to color with. They are refillable alcohol markers that blend like a dream! They come in color coordinated bundles that make it soooo easy to make realistic-looking color blends when you color stamped floral images or, really, any images.

Altenew Die Sets

Altenew makes standalone die sets, and they also make die sets that coordinate with some of their stamp sets. I have some of both types of their die sets, and I have been pleased with all of them.

Altenew Mini Delights and Add-On Stamp Sets and Coordinating Dies

Altenew makes small, affordable packages of stamps available. Some of these are known as “Mini Delights,” and some of them are “Add-On” sets that coordinate with their bigger sets but can also be purchased and used on their own.

I have some of their Mini Delights stamp sets and also some of their add-on sets. I’ve been really happy with all the stamp sets I’ve purchased from Altenew.

Altenew Inks:

Altenew recently revamped and updated their entire collection of dye ink pads. Their new Fresh Dye Inks are presented in a couple of configurations. They now have large round ink pads that replaced their older oval-shaped ink pads. They also still have smaller dye ink cubes.

The Altenew dye ink pads shown in my photos are the older style ink pads, which I am not planning on replacing (because I am an environmentalist, and I do not want to buy new items, especially not items in plastic packaging, just for the sake of having the “latest thing” in my stash.)

Altenew Stencils

The Elegant Swirls Stencil

Altenew’s Elegant Swirls stencil is one of my most frequently used stencils. I use this design to create backgrounds for bunches of different projects — typically cards, scrapbooking layouts and junk journal pages.

Altenew Alphabet Stencil

I have a bunch of Altenew stencils. The alphabet letter stencil pictured above is the only one I’ve reviewed at this point, but I love and adore all of the Altenew stencils I have in my collection.

Card Design for Altenew’s August Inspiration Challenge: Coral, Peach and Brown

Every month at the Altenew blog, one of their designers or educators posts an inspiration challenge. If you enjoy being taken out of your comfort zone, or you simply want to try something different, you’re likely to enjoy participating in the challenges. This project is one I made as a result of a past Inspiration Challenge at the Altenew Blog.

DIY Thank You Card With Sunset Silhouette Design

This was another one of my Altenew Inspiration Challenge entries at the Altenew Blog. This time, the inspiration was a sunset photo with dark silhouettes. I loved this challenge sooo much! I used Altenew ink pads, inks, sentiment stamps, and dies to create my challenge entry.

Christmas Card Idea for Using the Altenew “Elegant Swirls” Stencil:

One of the things I love most about Altenew’s stencils: They are really versatile! Here you can see how I used the “Elegant Swirls” stencil to make a luxurious, shimmery, posh-looking background for a Christmas card.
