Want to invite your friends to a party? Here’s how to make a party invitation you can send to them.

Card Dimensions: 5.5” x 4.25”

How to Make the Paper Lace Band:

Cut a 1.5” band from patterned paper (Basic Grey) using “Seagull” Paper Edgers (Fiskars.) Punch the lace pattern using 5/16” teardrop, 1/4″ heart, 1/16” circle and 3/16” square hand punches (Fiskars). Weave orange and off-white ribbons through the center of the lace band.

How to Make the card:

Cut your card base to size.

Score and fold it using a scoring tool for paper. Set it aside.

Roll out a thin slab of Delight Modeling Compound. Stamp large and small “Bella Flora” flowers in the clay. (Inque Boutique.) Cut around the edges of the stamped flowers. Poke a brad-sized hole in the centers of bloth clay flowers. Set aside and allow to dry. When the pieces are dry (overnight or longer) paint the larger one with Metallic Bronze Lumiere paint (Jacquard). Let Dry. Color the smaller one with orange decorating chalk (Craf-T Products.) Rub the top of the smaller flower with orange dye ink (Rubber Stampede.) Rub the larger flower with Dark Brown Fluid Chalk. Let Dry. Pin the 2 pieces together using a mini brad as the fastener in the center. Set aside. Cut a 5.5” x 4.25” piece Marigold patterned paper (Basic Grey). Attach to front of card. Ink a Scalloped “Crafty Creations” note (Worldwin Papers) using Burnt Sienna & Rouge Colorbox Fluid Chalk (Clearsnap) plus yellow and orange dye inks (Rubber Stampede.) Attach to front of card and trim off the overlapping part. Cut out the words “Celebrate!” and “Party!” from patterned paper from the “Text Print Stack” (Die Cuts With a View”. Attach to front of card. Cut a 3.5” circle of patterned paper (NRN Designs.) Ink the edges with Burnt Sienna Fluid Chalk. Attach to front of card. Stamp round “Great Shapes Mini” journaling stamp (Inque Boutique) onto patterned paper (Basic Grey). Cut around the journaling stamp with mini scallop paper edgers (Fiskars). Attach to front of card. Adhere the stamped clay flower to the front of the card.
