Keep Your Life on Track With November Planner Layouts

Do you ever wonder where your time goes?

It seems like one day it’s January first, and a fresh new year is unfolding in front of you.

And then, the next thing you know, it’s November, and that fresh, new year is almost over.

Did you meet all the goals you set out to accomplish in 2025?

If you didn’t, no worries. You still have a little time left to finish the year well!

Whatever it is you want to accomplish, a planner can help — because a planner can serve as a constant visual reminder of your goals and the steps you should be taking to meet them.

If you already have a planner, I invite you to use or adapt any of these November planner layout ideas that appeal to you.

And if you don’t already have a planner, I really encourage you to get one for 2026! November is an excellent month to order a brand new planner and get started with setting it up for the new year.

There are approximately one ZILLION different types and brands of planners available. If you aren’t sure which type of planner to get, I recommend checking out discbound planners like The Happy Planner.

Why a discbound planner?

Well, perhaps you’ve tried using other types of planners like spiral-bound or hardcover. If you have, you’ve no doubt been frustrated at some point in the past where you’ve needed more space for the day’s entry, but you weren’t able to add it.

Discbound planners are fantastic because you can add pages to them and move pages around in them.

On some not-so-busy days, my planner’s default weekly layout setup offers sufficient space for me to write down all the things I want to keep track of that day. But on busy days, it’s not enough space. But that’s not a problem, because I can add one or more pages that gives me a lot more space to work with.

I’m a freelance writer, which means that I have a lot of deadlines and invoices to track. My planner gives me a tangible way to keep track of all the projects I have in progress — but my planner’s default layout doesn’t work for this purpose, so I add pages to the planner that are better suited for project tracking.

If you have a job that requires you to attend a lot of meetings and appointments, a planner can really help you to keep on top of them.

Whether you’re interested in tracking habits, water intake, supplements, career goals, academic goals, financial goals, craft goals or other goals, a planner can help with that, too.
