Here we have a black, white and red handmade greeting card featuring hearts and paper lace. This card could be used for Valentine’s Day, or it could be an everyday greeting card. If you add a sentiment to it, you could also use it for other occasions such as birthdays or anniversaries.

This card design was originally published in a back issue of The Stamper’s Sampler magazine.

The stamps I used to make this card are by a long-defunct stamp manufacturer known as “Inque Boutique”. If you want to make a card with a similar look, the closest available equivalent stamp set I’ve been able to find is Gina K’s Fancy Florals. I think this set is even better than the Inque Boutique florals that I used to own and use so often. They’re fantastic for making paper flowers to use as embellishments for your card making, scrapbooking and other paper crafts.

I am in the process of consolidating all the contents from several craft sites I used to own and maintain. I have pictures saved on one hard drive and instructions saved on several different hard drives. Putting everything back together on one site is proving to be more challenging than I thought it would be. For example, I found the pic of this card but have yet to locate the instructions I wrote for it. I’m hoping to update this post again soon with the instructions.
