My old favorite flower stamp set was long ago discontinued, so I have been looking and looking and looking for an up-to-date replacement. It hasn’t been easy to find a new flower stamp set that is exactly what I want — which is a versatile, eye-catching, beautiful and affordable stamp set that is reasonably easy to color and features elements that are easy to fussy-cut around using decorative scissors.
I am soooooooooooo excited, because I finally found a set that is exactly what I’ve been looking for! It’s called “Simple Flowers Add On”, and Altenew is the manufacturer. I can’t wait to show you the projects I’ve been making with this set. The card posted above is one of them. I also used pretty patterned papers from the Celebration Collection collaboration from Altenew and Pinkfresh.
As it happens, Altenew is having an inspiration challenge hosted by Reiko. She posted a BEAUTIFUL floral photo featuring a vibrant pink, yellow and green color combination, which is the inspiration for the challenge. This happens to be one of my all-time favorite color combinations, so I am super excited to play along with the challenge.
This was a fun challenge that I really enjoyed! My heartfelt thanks go out to the team at Altenew for hosting it; it is always lovely to have additional motivation for getting new projects finished.
